Meryl Streep
Meryl Streep is widely considered one of the best actresses of her generation, having received a record 21 Academy Award nominations over the course of her career. Since she started acting in the 1970s, she has brought a seemingly endless stream of rich and complex characters to life on the big screen. She won Oscars for her roles in Kramer vs. Kramer (1979), Sophie's Choice (1982), and The Iron Lady (2011). Streep has appeared in a wide variety of genres in over sixty films. While not many of her movies are offered for free streaming online, a number of her rarer films are often available which we feature here. Streep is undoubtedly one of the greatest actresses in contemporary American cinema, and typically any movie she stars in is worth watching.
