Free Great Movies Review
After watching the average horror movie Puppet Master (1989), I was hesitant to proceed to Puppet Master II (1990), but I'm glad I did. Puppet Master II improves on the original in most ways, specifically adding a lot more hot puppet action in the form of kills and special effects. And this movie also has a villain playing the resurrected puppet master Andre Toulon, who looks like the Invisible Man or Darkman with some black sharpie on his mouth. The acting is subpar, but we're here for the puppet effects and there are some great moments. When Toulon transforms into the human size puppet at the end it is truly terrifying. A definite improvement on the first film with much more screen time for the puppets Blade, Jester, Pinhead, Tunneler, Leech Woman, and the hot newcomer Torch!
